House rules
1. Inventory and damage
We ask that you treat our inventory with care and only put used dishes away in the cupboards when they are clean and dry. Damage to furniture and furnishings does occur and is often easily repaired. Please report any damage immediately. Renters and fellow travelers are generally liable for such damage and are responsible for replacing or reimbursing the costs. This is usually not necessary for minor damage such as broken dishes.
2. Volume and quiet times
Please be considerate of our neighbors and keep the volume down in your holiday accommodation, especially when listening to music or watching TV. Quiet hours are generally enforced from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
3. Visitors
Your visitors are welcome to stay in our vacation rental for short periods. However, we are not permitted to accommodate unannounced guests overnight. Should the number of guests change, please inform us in advance so that we can prepare the vacation rental accordingly.
4. Smoking
Smoking is strictly prohibited in our holiday apartment. Please only smoke in the outdoor area of our holiday accommodation.
5. Pets
Pets are welcome in our holiday accommodation upon request. However, please be sure to either repair any damage or soiling caused by your pet yourself or inform us.
6. Security and valuables
Before leaving the apartment, always close all windows and the front door, and make sure to turn off all electronic devices. We assume no liability for the loss of valuables during your stay.
7. Waste separation
We ask you to separate your household waste in the containers provided in your apartment and to dispose of it in the garbage containers located on the property.
8. Cleaning
A thorough final cleaning of the holiday apartment will be carried out by our cleaning service after your departure, as agreed. However, we ask that you remove any major dirt, clean and tidy the dishes, strip the beds, and leave the apartment swept clean upon departure.
9. Arrival and departure
The apartment is available from 3 p.m. on your arrival day. Departure is after checking out the apartment and returning the keys by 11 a.m.
10. Key
We will provide you with two keys and ask you to treat them with care. If you lose one, please notify us immediately.
11. Environment
We care about the environment, and we hope you do too. Therefore, please turn off lights and all technical devices when not in use. Saving water also helps nature. Thank you.
